Pacific has a CUSTOMER OPERATIONAL TRAINING AND APPLICATION SUPPORT for various systems. We understand AFTER SALES MAINTENANCE SUPPORT is our duty. But, we want to go further by providing various application training, operational training, testing service of our customer’s samples, method development, etc to ensure that the CUSTOMER DOES NOT SUFFER. Our lab section provides regular operational training to develop man power in this area and also enhance the skill.
We have been supporting academia like Kathmandu University, Pokhara University, Madan Bhandari University of Science And Technology by giving various support of kind and cash. We are hopeful that such activities will help to impart practical training in these institutions to develop qualified human resources.
