Kathmandu, Nepal – Pacific Commercial Company Pvt. Ltd. has entered into a strategic partnership with Shimadzu Asia Pacific and Madan Bhandari University of Science and Technology (MBUST) to advance scientific research, innovation, and academic development in Nepal.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone, positioning Nepal as the 35th member of the Shimadzu World Lab Network, which connects 34 leading laboratories across the Asia Pacific and South Asia regions. By joining this global network, Nepal will gain greater access to international expertise, technology, and research opportunities.

The agreement was formalized at a special signing ceremony held in Kathmandu, attended by representatives from MBUST, Shimadzu Asia Pacific, Pacific Commercial Company, and government officials. The event also featured an introduction to Shimadzu’s global laboratory network and showcased MBUST’s vision for advancing research in Nepal.
